Infilling a large swatch of sloped hillside area to create a backyard playground including a new swimming pool, pool house, concrete patio, wood deck, landscape planters as well as an alteration to an existing three-story 1920s Spanish Revival hillside home. Other key details include a fully tiled pool, new grand entrance stair from house to backyard patio with planted scrolls, reimagined exterior entrance at street with gate and walk-out basement entrance with stair. Featured in Architectural Digest in June 2021. Pleased to announce we are now working (autumn 2023) on a Phase 2 alteration of the kitchen, dining room, basement stair and four (!) bathrooms.
